Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), who is introducing the seminar, is located in the Tokyo branch office building of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. headquartered in Kobe.
As part of disseminating sake, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery has been making rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building since 2007 as a project to make rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building, and has developed its own rice "Hakutsuru Nishiki". I am working on cultivation.
Rosemari has been introducing rice planting and rice harvesting at this farm since rice harvesting in 2017.

It is a rice full of youngness, which is remarkably grown.
September 1st, 83rd.
Flowers have begun to bloom in the rice.
September 8th, the 90th day.
I put up a bird net. At present, it is further reinforced with wood, so that it can withstand typhoons.
And on September 30 (Wednesday), the day of the interview, we had a special show of the sky farm on the 112th day after rice planting.
Shiratsuru Ginza Tenku Farm Team Leader Shota Takao was taken care of.
I spoke to Mr. Takao.
ーーWhen I visited two months ago, it was said that it was "early long", but how about the current rice situation?
"I thought I had slowed down because the lack of sunshine was a bit long, but it was about the same as normal.
I think the fruit will be better than last year.
Last year, a typhoon came during the time of heading, so the rice fell.
There were many parts that did not produce fruit, but this year there was no such thing.
In fact, it is still bulging from now on, but for that, my head has fallen quite a bit.
I think it's a relatively large number."
Have you decided on the day of rice harvesting?
"I'm trying to cut it in the company on Wednesday, October 21.
I think it's pretty good."
What was the harm of birds and insects this year?
"Because birds can be prevented by nets.
There weren't so many insects."
ーThe color of the rice leaves has changed from the lush one two months ago to a slightly yellow one.
"The color of the leaves is gradually falling.
Now, on the other hand, if the leaves are lush, the leaves are nourished.
The color of the leaves gradually drops as nutrients begin to grow.
I think it's a good color for this time. "
"But I think it's early this year (unevery year) that the color of the leaves turns yellow.
There was a sudden temperature difference, so there are places where the fruit turned yellow.
In that sense, I think the environment is very good.
It's not good even if it's hot, and the rice can't be translated.
I hope the autumn weather will continue in this condition."
ーIt seems that Mr. Takao prepared the rice harvested last year here by himself this year.
"I washed it, dried it, sprinkled koji mold, and did it in sake brewery, Kobe, where it was ready.
If this is the case again this year, I think we will be able to make good sake next year.
It depends on the typhoon, but if you don't have enough space, you won't fall down. "
ーHow about countermeasures against typhoons?
"I'm using wood with various reinforcements.
Last year, I fell down at the time of Typhoon No. 15, so in anticipation of that, everyone made a fairly strong thing with DIY.
(I'm afraid of it) only typhoons when you come here.
After that, if there is not much sunshine from here, the fruit will not ripen.
I hope the autumn weather like today will continue."
How about water?
"I keep the water in a small amount.
If it decreases to the extent that the soil comes out, we will add water, so it is not good now even if we put too much. "
Even during the interview, many employees pass through this farm.
"Employers also seem to have an attachment to rice.
