Anagoya Ginza Hirai Michelin Star won three consecutive years

 "Anagoya Ginza Hirai", a famous restaurant for Anako cuisine that has won Michelin stars at Ginza 5-chome for three consecutive years.

Today, I wanted to eat asexually delicious Anako cuisine, so I went a big trip from Marunouchi and visited for lunch.

 Today's menu had a raft with another anako added to "Tempura Box Meshi". 

I was able to enjoy both the fragrant grilled anako and the soft boiled anako. The front is grilled anako and the back is boiled anako. Taste by grated Japanese pepper and scrubbed sesame seeds. There are many ways to enjoy it. There are three dishes of tempura, shrimp, shishi pepper, and pu. Miso soup using rock seaweed with the scent of the tide was also delicious.
