It's CCIEA for short. It was established in May 1991.

Established to support and promote cultural and international exchange activities for people living, working and gathering in Chuo-ku.

Currently, in collaboration with volunteers, the association is holding cultural events, Japanese language classes, and international exchange events such as international exchange salons that are familiar with the cultural arts of Chuo-ku.

Therefore, in order to promote cultural activities in Chuo-ku and to deepen exchanges while deepening understanding of differences from foreign cultures, it has become the name of an organization that aims to "promote" both "culture" and "international exchange" .

Currently, more than 300 volunteers are registered.

　・　On the day event 11 "Hamacho Ondo"

Since its inception in 1949, it is an event to enjoy Bon Odori with Hamacho Ondo Preservation Society, which has inherited the Hamacho Ondo to this day.

　・　Pre-recruitment event 13 "Smelling Workshop"

Experience event where you can create original fragrances by freely combining natural fragrances.

You can put the finished "scent" in a drawstring bag and take it home.

〇　stamp rally will receive a prize at a later date instead of a lottery on the spot.

Unlike last year, there is no lottery venue in stamp rally.

There are 15 stamp rally & Survey Collection Boxes, so if you have collected stamps, please post them to the collection box.

The "Day Event Guide" pamphlet will be distributed at each event venue and information center (information) on November 8, the day of the event.

The free tour bus will not run this year.

A bus volunteer guide by a correspondent of the Chuo-ku Tourism Association was on board to show you the highlights of Chuo-ku, but this year the tour was canceled to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.

Rosmari, as a member of the bus volunteer guide, was preparing for the explanation again this year, but I am very sorry.

Next year, next year, we are changing our minds.

In addition, there are no free Edo bus rides or sea flights other than excursions this year.

Please use public transportation (JR, subway, Edo bus, etc.) to each event venue.

In addition, there is a community cycle (multiple cycle spots are set up in the area, free to borrow and return, advance membership registration required).
