Tokyo Tower "Human Rights Day" Special Light Up

On December 10, 1948, the United Nations adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as a common standard to be achieved by all people and all countries around the world, and designated December 10 as "Human Rights Day". In Japan, the period from December 4 to 10 is designated as "Human Rights Week", and various events are held all over the country to promote and promote the concept of respect for human rights. In Tokyo, centering on this Human Rights Week, we aim to realize a city where everyone can play an active role with dreams tomorrow, a city where diversity is respected, warm and gentle, and a city where human rights are respected. Human rights week campaigns will be held, such as broadcasting of commercials, broadcasting of human rights awareness videos, and conducting night telephone legal consultations.

On December 10, "Human Rights Day", Tokyo Tower was lit up in 17 colors that represent the 17 goals of the SDGs. 17:30~24:00 On the 2nd floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town, a PR corner for human rights is set up from December 4 to 13.
