How did you reform traditional organizations and implement innovation?

We have made our corporate color dark blue called "iron dark blue", renewed our image by unifying CI, and are focusing on creating a bright, open, and peaceful space.

It is a book that I often learn as an organizer about activities that are trying to challenge regeneration and rebranding. I would like to pay attention to how to maintain "connection" in the future.
