Except for 11 and 12 that have already been introduced, we will guide you to these spots one by one.
This time, as the first part of this series, we will introduce Daiei Inari Shrine.
Then...
It is a shrine on the left immediately after entering Reigishi Island, but during the Edo period it was recommended as a guardian god of the newly reclaimed Reigishi Island.
It seems to be quite busy during the Edo period, such as giving out lottery, but it has been gradually reduced due to fires, the Great Kanto Earthquake, land readjustment, etc., and has continued to this day.
The year of the recommendation is unknown, but it was in Meiwa 4 (1768) that Reigishi Island was reclaimed, so it would be a recommendation that year or immediately after that.
The Chozubachi is engraved as "Sengumi".
In Shinkawa, there was a thousand sets of 2 programs in the first ward of Edomachi fire extinguishing.
※ The town fire extinguishing in Edo was "47 sets of Iroha (48 sets later), but "he", "la", "hi" and "n" were omitted.
Instead, the characters "100", "100", "100", and "book" were allotted.
This time, I will show you the Edo classical rakugo.
This time, the 28th edition, we will introduce "Daikushirabe" with the "large" connection of Daiei Inari Shrine.
<Preliminary confirmation corner>
〇 Pawn shop sales
In the old days of Edo, in order to operate a pawn shop, you had to have the right of "quality stock."
It was considered illegal to keep the quality without this.
〇 The labor cost of carpenters
The labor cost of carpenters in Edo was at least 5 momme (Monme).
It is considered that the situation that became "ten momme" here was considerably added.
〇 The last "Ochi" is ...
"The work is a look at the finish of the work."
A word that an old craftsman says to a noisy orderer.
"I'm devising even if I don't worry, so watch it silently until the results come out."
"Survey of carpenters,"
The carpenter, Yotaro, has been brought to the landlord with a tool box due to late rent.
The rent collected is 1 car and 800 sentences.
The carpenter's ridge gave Yotaro one car, but the landlord did not give it.
I wish the ridge to magistrate's office.
In Shirasu, the magistrate told me to give the remaining 800 sentences to the landlord.
800 more to Yotaro, and to landlord.
Magistrate "By the way, landlord, let's have a" quality stock "? Do you have it? I am originally going to be sentenced to heavy punishment."
"How much is the labor cost of Yotaro, Yotaro, giving me that allowance?"
"Ten momme a day,"
"If so, give 200 momme in 20 days, 3 cars and 2 minutes in Kaneko, give it to the landlord, Yotaro, this is one piece of land."
"1 car and 800, 3 cars and 2 minutes were profitable, as expected, carpenters are ridges (work is drifting)."
"Hey, let's look at the research (see the finish)"

Reiganbashi Bridge
<Bridge of the Edo period built over the Kamejima River>
The Shinkawa area used to be a low marsh area full of reeds.
It is said that it was reclaimed in the first year of Kanei (1624) and the erected Reiganji Temple, so it was named "Reiganjima".
The bridge was built in the early Edo period, and the current bridge was replaced in 1985.
