Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), who is introducing the seminar, is located in the Tokyo branch office building of Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. headquartered in Kobe.
This time, I would like to introduce the shrine beside "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm" on the roof of this Ginza building.
On February 15th (Monday), the first day festival was held here.
Shiratsuru Ginza Tenku Farm Team Leader Shota Takao was also taken care of this time.
The shrine (small shrine) is located just below the rooftop sign.
This building is an eight-story building, but most of the rooftops are "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm".
This is a shrine recommended by "Tetsugunsu Inari Shrine", which was introduced on this blog on the same day on February 15.
It is said that it was founded in 1981 when this building was built.
During the day on February 15, stormy weather and heavy rain. It is an image of lunch before the first noon festival.
Normally, it is decorated here and the "Hatsuno Festival" is held ...
It is said that it will be decorated indoors below the floor.
It is said that Miyaji Nakagawa came from Tepposu Inari Shrine.
It seems that the actual first day festival was held like this.

Introducing a little bit of the current state of "Hakuzuru Ginza Tenku Farm" ...
A kind of plant of vetch is growing in the rice field.
This is said to be "Ryokuhi".
In other words, if this is mixed, it becomes a fertilizer for rice.
It seems to be the first attempt this year.
As part of disseminating sake, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery has been making rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building since 2007 as a project to make rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building, and has developed its own rice "Hakutsuru Nishiki". I am working on cultivation.
Rosemari has been introducing rice planting and rice harvesting here since rice harvesting in 2017.
