"Shin-Yoshiwara" moved to Nihonzutsumi in Asakusa Teraura after the great fire of the Meiryaku era. In this southwest Asakusa rice field, there was Washi Shrine (Washi Myojin). Hiroshige's Nishiki-e "Asakusa Taho Rooster Town Visit" depicts countless people walking along the ridges of rice fields along the kumade in lucky items.
The Tori-no-ichi Fair Rooster Day, also known as the rooster town, the rooster festival, was considered a crest day for Shin-Yoshiwara, and it seems that all gates were opened.
