Here, the four pillars of the gods of Tenminaka Ogami, Emperor Antoku, Kenreimon-in, and the second-ranked nun are enshrined.
I failed to take it up at "Genji and Taira related spots in Chuo-ku that thinks about the Middle Ages", but I was surprised that Suitengu was also related to Mr. Taira.

Well, the main dog, you can meet a lot of komainu in the city.
However, the guardian dog of Suitengu is dedicated by Shojiro Ishibashi, the founder of Bridgestone.
Many people just look at komainu by way, but when the influence of COVID-19 infection subsided, be sure to stop in front of komainu.

And what I would like to pay particular attention to is this "child treasure dog" (currently wearing a mask) where you can feel affection from mother dogs and puppies looking at each other.
It is said that stroking your zodiac sign out of the letters of Earthly Branches around the two animals will benefit from safe delivery, child delivery, and safe growth.
When I visited, many couples saw a smiling sight, such as stroking their zodiac characters and taking pictures.

In addition, there are lucky items's "Fukuinu" which used to treat dogs with light births and high births, and the cute "Fuku Ema" depicting parent dogs and puppies.
Currently, in accordance with the announcement of the declaration of a state of emergency, we recommend distributed worshipers and limit the number of people in the building (as of April 24, 2021).

As shown on the plate installed on the monument, the famous dog Tiroli is a discarded dog that was rescued just before the slaughter, and a representative dog that later played an active role as a therapy dog nationwide.

Did you know that there are two Karakuri Ogura clock towers on Ningyocho-dori, "Town Fire Extinguishing" and "Edo Rakugo"?
This tower, where you can enjoy the Edo atmosphere, is one of the symbols of the town that you should definitely see when you have time.

And in May 2017, "Ataboyo" and "Bella Bo!" Started selling LINE stamps that include Edo's downtown words such as "Yanakota!"

This time, we introduced dogs that can be seen in four places and dogs that appear at events, but if you pay attention to that place again, it will be narrowed down to the Tsukiji area and Ningyocho area.
In the past, the Ningyocho area was first associated with "Shitamachi where the Edo atmosphere remains" and "amazake Yokocho".
However, through the writing of this article, I was able to know that it was an area that was more related to dogs than expected, and my interest in the town increased further.

However, by taking a leisurely stroll through other areas, you may be able to meet the "dogs" you haven't seen yet.
