Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), as I have explained so far, was set up for the purpose of transmitting a lifestyle with sake from Ginza here.
Since 2006, seminars on sake have been held mainly.
However, due to the trend of preventing the spread of coronavirus infection, collective seminars in buildings in Ginza have been canceled since last year.
This time, the seminar was held in the form of an online seminar, so I would like to introduce it.
Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. Hakutsuru Ginza Style Fukumoto also took care of this time.

An online event was held in which Toji, the chief executive of sake brewing, and active YouTuber Mitsuhiro Ban Mitsuhiro, talks thoroughly.
The event will be held in 2022.

Participants will receive four types of sake selected by Toji in advance, which is proud of the brewery.
