I would like to introduce the antenna shop Nihonbashi Toyamakan in Toyama Prefecture for the first time in about two years.
With the second part of Nara Mahoroba-kan on November 5, last year, Rosmari has achieved the introduction of all 9 permanent antenna shops in Nihonbashi.
The starting store of the Nihonbashi Antenna Shop introduction series was Nihonbashi Toyamakan.
I introduced it three times on June 22, 25, and 27, 2017.
Returning to the starting point, I would like to introduce you to Nihonbashi Toyamakan's "special dish of Toyama".
This time, I also took care of Yosuke Asano, sub-manager of Nihonbashi Toyamakan.

White shrimp, along with yellowtail and firefly squid, are considered to be Mio representative fish in Toyama Bay.
In Toyama Prefecture, it is called "Hirata shrimp".

It is the gift of Toyama Bay which suddenly becomes deep.
The main fishing grounds are off Shinminato, off Iwase, and Mizuhashioki.
Among them, Shinminato has overwhelmingly large catches.

The fishing season is determined from April to November to protect the catch.
