Beautiful vegetables-I'm doing vegetable marche in Ningyocho on the 1st and 3rd Saturday~
The marche is held on the first and third Saturday of every month at Sumisho Hotera in Ningyocho, where you can buy fresh vegetables.
Some people may have increased their self-catering at the stay home, but do you enjoy cooking and eating? ？
Here you can buy fresh vegetables from the morning and rare vegetables.
Students from Tokyo University of Agriculture said they are holding marche while helping the fields.
At the time of sale, they will tell you fun stories such as recommended cooking methods and what kind of farmers are harvested, take care not to crush when putting them in a bag, and feel love for vegetables .
And anyway, the vegetables are beautiful!
The heat is getting severe and you can do it mentally, but eating is living!
When I incorporated the lovingly grown vegetables into my body, I was quite fine. (I've been able to write a blog for a long time~)
The other day, I purchased a black cabbage called "Carboro Nero", carrots with leaves, blueberries, etc.
Carboro Nero seems to be a member of kale, but it has little bitterness and has a strong umami, and it has a simple salt stir-fry and eats it. It's not easy to sell elsewhere, so I wish I had bought a few more bundles.
On August 7th (Sat), there seems to be okra, pumpkin, pear, peach, etc.
