Hello. I'm Hanes, an active correspondent.
On April 6 (Saturday), a flower festival was held a little earlier at Daikanonji Temple in Ningyocho, so we continued to pour sweet tea into Historical Buddha, which was enshrined in Hanamido.

On the way back, I took a stroll through the shopping street in Ningyocho for the first time in a long time, and a shop I didn't recognize jumped into my eyes.
That is Tagayasu Ningyocho, a Western confectionery shop that just opened in December 2018.
This time, I will tell you about the charm of "Tagayasu" along with the reason why I recommend it.

A Western confectionery shop where women look back and stop.

This shop faces Ningyocho Street and is located near the Edo Rakugo Karakuri Ogura.
However, it has been a few months since it opened....
There are many customers who are concerned about passing by and look into them....
What hides, I am one of them!

Designed logo and cute sweets...I can't help but worry about this.
So, when I observed the people passing by in front of the shop for a while, almost all women looked back and stopped and looked at the store and inside the store. Was
Even in Ningyocho, which has many long-established stores, it is an attractive new store that works with people's hearts.
Let's go inside the store immediately and look for its charm!

Baked sweets with an arrangement that you want to make as a present

You can take a look at it as a gift!

The first thing I noticed was seasonal sweets that were advertised as "seasonal limited" on the signboard on the table!
At the time of the visit when the cherry blossoms were in full bloom, there were cherry blossom meringue, Madeleine, and Cranch.
I think that sweets lovers will be worried just by saying "Sakura Sweets", but the cuteness of wrapping will further spur the degree of concern.

The ribbon that matches the color of the product and the highly designed "Ko" sticker add good quality.
And although it is a Western confectionery shop, it also has a relaxing atmosphere that blends into Ningyocho.

In addition, there are plenty of baked sweets and chocolates that will be appreciated when given in any season!
(Of course, "ruby chocolate", which became a hot topic in Valentine this year, is also ^^)
In particular, check out the flavors that are arranged that you do not see at other shops.
I was worried about "Cake Citron Noiset" with lemon and hazelnuts, and "Cake Caramel" with caramel and fidge.
Don't you worry about what kind of taste it is because all of them are difficult combinations?

A number of jewel-like cakes that can be seen unintentionally

Next, check the long-awaited raw sweets*.
At a glance, you can see that all the cakes beautifully lined up in the showcase are elaborate, and there are lots of cakes and decorations that you can not see at other shops!
As I was indecisive, I was only blind, and just like Harry Potter, I wanted to say "I'll take the lot!" (laughs).

If you look at the photo, it is obvious at a glance, but the decoration using flowers adds gorgeousness.
However, the flowers used by "Tagayasu" are not a stop to enjoy with eyes....You can also eat it because of the Eddie Bullflower, which has gradually become popular recently.
Not only cakes with cute flowers, but also shops say that cakes using pistachio, which are rarely seen in other shops, are also recommended ^^

These are all wonderful like works of art, such as cute colored cakes reminiscent of spring and cakes that convey the freshness of early summer, but the most impactful thing is "Masu Tiramisu" (upper left photo)!
It has a good taste of Japanese and Western, and is finished in a happy cake.
The masu can be used later, so there is a great deal.
(You can also put baked confectionery for gifts in a masu and wrap it in Japanese style.)

In addition, there is also a Japanese-style roll cake called Ningyocho Maki, which incorporates the Japanese elements of Ningyocho, where the atmosphere of Edo lives.
Personally, I think it's a cake that goes well with Hojicha, and I'd like to have it someday ^^

The first cake I chose was a "viole" with a very cute decoration of ruby chocolate and viole.

The first thing I felt when I received this cake was the high quality of each part that makes up the cake!
Not only looks like a jewel, but also polite craftsmanship is packed from the surface to invisible parts such as the base cookies, internal sponges, cherry jelly jelly and liche cream, and expectations for other cakes naturally increase ^^
Also, the elegant sweetness and size are one of the reasons why we recommend this cake.

The second one I chose is the cream puff!
The feature of Tagayasu's cream puff is that it uses cane flour and cane sugar.
Isn't it a cream puff that was never before?
Since I have been sugary in my house for a long time, this mellow sweetness has been very good ^^*

It is an originality-rich cream puff filled with the goodness of cane, and the dough has a slightly crisp feeling, and the custard cream has a mild, rich and gentle taste.
I've eaten cream puffs using granulated sugar and brown sugar many times so far, but I was surprised that one sugar has a different flavor.
It is delicious among me who love cream puffs. Please enjoy it once by all means.

A male customer who was in the shop at the time of the visit saw the cake showcase and talked to the shop, "I like this girl."
According to the store manager, in consideration of the sales during Valentine's Day, he prepared a lot of products on White Day and responded.
It is perfect for gifts for women, and it is a shop that seems to be becoming increasingly popular in the future.

Last but not least, the store name "Tagayasu" was named after the idea of "I would like to cultivate each one carefully and expand it to the second and third stores."
It is said that we will continue to carefully provide Western confectionery that will please our customers one by one, so be sure to check it out when you come near ^^
