Ginza Mikawaya Senshu
Matches with a seasoning Western-style salad that reproduces the taste of Edo.

I learned about sake (Irizake) because the chef of Kokyogaien's Nanko Restaurant introduced that it was used for "Edo Eco Gyorakushige", which is a combination of cooking methods that reproduce the taste of Edo and modern ingredients. I was told. This dish was also delicious, so I've been visiting several times since then.

The sake is a favorite because it has a low salt content and good taste. I went to buy it again today.

I collected 10 stamps, so I served a small bottle.

I also received recipes using sake, so I'm getting better at cooking.

Senshu is a seasoning that is perfect for white sea bream or scallop sashimi. I remember that the carpaccio and salad with fresh vegetables added to these seafood were also delicious.

It is also recommended for rice with egg. Please try it.
