A tour of a long-established Tsukudani restaurant ★Tsukuda Island

I discovered that I love Tsukudani, but I didn't eat Tsukudani (laughs).

Tsukuda Island was originally buried by fishermen of "Tsukuda in Osaka" receiving land from Ieyasu and filling it.
Since I was in Osaka, I seemed to have cooked small fish with salt water to make preserved food.
Soy sauce came in from the current Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, and it became soy sauce boiled.
Inheriting the technology from the Edo period, delicious Tsukudani is made with the skills of craftsmen.

This time, Tenan, founded in 1837.

Genda Tsukuda Nakaya was founded in 1853, and Marukyu was founded in 1859.

All of them have visited three long-established Tsukudani shops in Tsukuda.

The first thing I went to was Tenan.
Here I bought a tsukudani like a rare ginger and bonito sprinkled here.
In the next Tanakaya, this is also rare tuna Tsukudani!
And at the last Marukyu, I was worried a lot.
This is an unusual goby that feels like Edomae.

All three houses were on display in a variety of showcases.
You can get it from 100 grams.
It lasts about 3 weeks to 1 month in the refrigerator.

Some of the standard items are available in every shop.
There are some things that can only be found in the shop here.

The wrapping paper of each shop has a taste and feels the history.

There are 4 kinds, so you can eat various kinds of rice every day.♪

Even though there are mail orders, there are no branches or local stores.
I think you will be pleased with the souvenirs of Tokyo.

I would like to make it a souvenir for returning home when it is cool!
