Architecture in Chuo-ku (8) Head Office Building, HARIO Corporation

The head office building of HARIO Corporation (9-3, Nihonbashi Tomizawa-machi, Chuo-ku) was established in 1932 with Kawasaki Savings Bank Tomizawa-machi Branch in 1932.

In 2000, Hario Glass Co., Ltd. (currently HARIO Co., Ltd.) was established in 2000.

The building is headquartered in this building as part of its 80th anniversary commemorative project.

(HARIO Co., Ltd.'s business includes the manufacture and sale of heat-resistant glass tableware and household goods.)

A colint-style large order with stigmas of Acanthus leaf ornaments runs through the first and second floors in the Neor Renaissance style

It is a bank building (two-story building at the beginning of construction).

This building was certified as a National Registered Tangible Cultural Property in 2003.

 The entrance to the corner cut at the northwest corner is the head office showroom.

 Both sides (outside) of this surface extend to the first and second floors.

 It has a "colint-style" leaf pattern.  

 And the pillar decoration of the pillars on both sides that make up the entrance gate is

 It's a kagami mochi-shaped "dris style."

 In addition, the pillars on both sides of the outer side have a spiral decoration.

  It is an "ionia style".

 It can be said that it is a valuable building where you can see all the three sets of still decorations.

Large orders that run from the first floor to the second floor are lined up, and the pillars are vivid with Acanthus leaf decorations.

It is a solid building that looks like a bank building.
