This brand was jointly developed with Honbo Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. in October 2019, and has a sales area limited to Hokkaido.
The brand name "Erman's birch" is a tree that symbolizes the majestic Hokkaido that grows naturally in the northern region and at the top of Takayama and grows robustly while being twisted by wind and snow in a harsh natural environment.
