Hakutsuru Ginza Style (HAKUTSURU GINZA STYLE), as I have explained so far, it was established for the purpose of transmitting a lifestyle with sake from Ginza.
Since 2006, various seminars on sake have been held mainly.
However, due to this trend to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, collective seminars in the Ginza building have been canceled since spring 2020.
This time, the seminar was held in the form of "Online Seminar", so I would like to introduce it.
Hakutsuru Ginza Style Fukumoto, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Co., Ltd., also took care of this time.
This time, I would like to introduce one seminar in mid-December, which is currently being recruited.

This time, an online hot sake seminar that warms the mind and body perfectly suited for the cold season, which was popular last year, will be reappeared.
A lecturer belonging to the Shirazuru Sake Brewery Laboratory will tell you plenty of charm and how to enjoy warm sake from your knowledge of sake.
At the seminar, you can actually challenge warming sake with hot water, and experience the taste and aroma that varies depending on the temperature.
If you are applying for a paid viewing course, you will receive 5 types of sake recommended for sake selected by the instructor in advance, Tokuri and Inoguchi with the Hakutsuru logo, and "warmed meter" where you can see the temperature of the sake at a glance when warming up.

This seminar is recommended for beginners of sake, where you can easily participate at home while drinking sake and eating your favorite snacks.

・ A set of pre-sending kit contents (only for those who apply for a paid viewing course)
・ tidbits of your favorite liquor (Please refer to the "Introduction to tidbits" sent in advance.)
・ Preparation for hot water roasting (watering pot, stove)
・ Writing utensils (for those who need notes)
・ Water (If you drink sake, drink water occasionally.)
