As part of disseminating sake, Hakutsuru Sake Brewery has been making rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building since 2007 as a project to make rice on the roof of the Tokyo branch office building, and has developed its own rice "Hakutsuru Nishiki". I am working on cultivation.
Rosemari has been introducing rice planting and rice harvesting here since rice harvesting in 2017.

Yesterday, 11/17 (Wednesday) Hachioji Pearl Rice, I received a grade inspection of Hakutsuru Nishiki harvested at Tenku Farm last month.
Grain inspection was conducted in a peaceful atmosphere from beginning to end, but various questions were asked and calm.
This year, we were able to receive the 2nd class.
Oh!? 2nd class!!
It seems like that, but it is the highest rank for Shiratsuru Nishiki, which is not actually a registered rice in Tokyo.
