I have once entered the Catholic Tsukiji Church due to curiosity, but if you visit while listening to the explanation like this one, the image of the time when the oldest Catholic Church in Tokyo was established (the current cathedral was rebuilt after the Great Kanto Earthquake, and it was dedicated to 1927).
After guided around the Catholic Tsukiji Church, the Tsukiji Reservoir Historic Site walk visited the birthplace of schools and universities, including the Toysler Memorial Hall (appearance only) and Rikkyo Gakuin on the premises of St. Luke International Hospital and University. In the early Meiji era, I was able to realize once again the existence of the Tsukiji settlement, where more than 300 foreigners lived.
