Silver

The dress of early spring at Hamarikyu Onshi Garden

On January 10, 2022, we went to see the fresh air and camellia, wax plums, plums, etc. of the New Year's Hamarikyu Garden.

This Kadomatsu was knitting plums with a black palm rope that bundles Takezo's books.

This Takezo book is paired with the right side, but has a large bamboo on the outside and is decorated to protect the gate.

The hem of Kadomatsu is covered with komono, but it is a waist cover or a straw from above like a skirt.

It seems that the rope at the feet also knitted something. As a whole, it may represent plums.

After the reception of the garden, there was a straw bocchi.

What are the covered plants? I asked him.

It seems that there is something like a tree that becomes a core, called a pseudo tree in the straw botch.

(In particular, it does not cover Sotetsu or something like that.)

Here, it's called "decorative."

Wax plum wax

I was able to take a picture of the flowering of Japanese allspice at Hanakien.

The petals I took in the photo are elongated.

It is called "Japanese allspice" that the core of the flower is colored.

The petals of the leaflet are round. The whole petals are in the same color and are "Soshinrobai (Shinshinwaku plum)".

"Genshin" means "the petals are the same color" in Chinese.

This can be photographed from Shioiri Pond around Umezono.

Snow hanging

"Yukizuri" connects the side and each branch with a rope so that the pine branches do not break.

The explanation on the side is written as follows.

Winter preparation mainly applied to pine. The original purpose is to protect plants from snowfall and prevent branches from broken, but even in regions with little snow, it also plays a role as a winter landscape.

There was no koi.

There was no yukizuri carp in the early spring of Hamarikyu Onshi Garden

I thought there was a carp under the bridge to the small character island, so I looked for it.

When I looked closely, I found a fish with stripes on the fish. The fish body is like a sea bream.

It looks under the brown leaves. I thought it was "Kurodai".

Creatures of a pond with tide

There is an explanation panel called "Ikimono of the pond with tide" near the Yokobori sluice gate of the pond with tide.

Here I checked if there is a name of the fish I saw earlier.

At the right end, I found the name "Kurodai".

Just when I talked to a group of mothers with 4th and 2nd grade boys, "Oh, it's black dai. I know," he said.

When Ginzo said that he had seen Akaei on this quay, he said, "It looks like that."

I wanted to come again when it was wet. Just around mid-April when Yae-zakura is in full bloom.

Japanese white-eye fly in search of camellia blooming honey

In January, when there are few flowers, the nectar of camellia flowers will be the best treat.

More than a dozen Japanese white-eye flew from branches to branches and from flowers to flowers.

Plum blossoms that have a faint scent of eastern wind blowing

The early spring outfit of the Umehanahama Rikyu Onshi Garden, which has a faint scent of East Fubuki Kaba.

In Umezono, which is close to the water bus stop, plums were beginning to bloom.

It seems that the park will be closed for a while from January 11th, but we look forward to opening the park when the flowers in Bairin and canola flower fields are in full bloom.
