I went to verify Manga Ritza Pork fin and Gozen, entitled "Eatable National Treasures" published in December. The price is 6,000 yen, which is expensive and cannot be eaten frequently, but it was a very satisfying and delicious taste. I thought the cross section of the meat was red and not fired, but the fire was firmly passed and it was soft and seemed to melt in my mouth. There are three types of miso sauce, sesame sauce, and salt, and I tasted it with each sauce, but it fits all the sauce and I had nothing to add. This was also a good way to feel the taste of the ingredients. In December's photo, it felt like two pieces, but I thought it was not good to take the picture, so I advised the shop.
