The location is Tokyo Square Garden at Kyobashi 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and Yanagi-dori St. side on the border with Yaesu.

There is a studio of Chuo FM, and I've visited several times on radio recording.

I didn't know that there is Kawazu Sakura until now.

The surrounding area is surrounded by buildings, but around noon the sun was shining and some people were taking pictures.
