Sanpu Sugiyama was born in Odawara-cho, Japan in 1647 (1647). The birthplace is a fish barn for the Shogunate, and the name is "Koiya". The name is Ichibei or Fujizaemon. haikai, along with his father, is Basho's old monk, and the names are Saitanan and Suio. During the Enpo era, he became the central figure of Edo Shomon, and was later involved in editing Basho books, and was called one of Basho Ju Tetsu. He provided financial assistance to Basho, including the provision of Fukagawa Basho-an. It is said that "Sugikaze is Bessho = Villa", where Basho departed on the journey of Okuno Hosomichi, is a collection hermitage owned by Sugikaze. He died in 1732 (1732), 86.
At present, the cedar-style tomb is located at Fushimiyama Seishoji Temple (2 Miyasaka, Setagaya-ku). The inscription on the tombstone states, "Basho Okina's high foot [= the best apprentice] is called haikai magistrate of the 13th country of Tosan." In the 1460s, this temple was converted to the Jodo Shinshu Honganji school when he was a Renjojojin, and after the Great Fire of the Meiryaku era (1657), moved from Nihonbashi Yokoyama-cho, where Asakusa Gobo was located, to Tsukiji, and after the Great Kanto Earthquake (1923). Moved to its current location. The cedar-style tomb was also rebuilt and rebuilt in 1930 (1930).
