Once every few decades! The flowering of Agave Venezuela

"Tsukiji River Ginza Park" is located at the top of the Metropolitan Expressway Toshin Beltway, across Harumi-dori St. and spreads on both sides of Mannen Bridge. Although it is located in an office area lined with high-rise buildings, it is a park full of liberation with a large blue sky just on the site of the Tsukiji River landfill. In June 2018, as a redevelopment due to aging, the flowerbed was renovated, and six new "Agabe Venezuela" were planted. Agave Venezuela is a member of the genus Agave of the family Agave, and is an evergreen perennial succulent plant that grows naturally in arid areas of subtropics such as Mexico. Currently, the height is nearly 4m, and the flower stems have grown since October last year, and one of the six has begun to bloom this month. In a large bunch, the petals degenerate, and yellow flowers with only stamens and pistils are densely blooming. It is said that it blooms only once every few decades, and it is not clear the way to full bloom in the future, but it is a mysterious rare plant full of mystery with many unknown parts.
