From the intersection of Ginza 4-chome, a pink banner that informs you of the coming of spring stands out.

It is a banner that imitates the cherry blossom trees of the Ginza Kimura family. When you see it, your heart swells and bounces.

The word "Kimura family" on the signboard of the shop was written by Tesshu Yamaoka, who was called "Mifune of late Tokugawa shogunate".

And we set Tesshu Yamaoka to have our "Sake Anpan" served in Emperor Meiji.

It was April 4, 1875 (Meiji 8).
