Shin-chan

South African wine specialty store
Africa

Hello, this is Shin-chan, a new correspondent who wrote my blog for the first time.

I was worried about how to start my first blog, but I went to Africa, a South African wine specialty store in Kakigara-cho, where I was taking care of my dinner.

You may not have heard much about South African wines, but those who know that they are high cost performance seem to know the wine production area. I think it can be said that we are also actively engaged in sustainability and fair trade.

Inside the store

South African wines are arranged in an orderly manner in the store.

There is also a temperature-controlled basement, and if you tell us the image of the wine you want and the dishes you want to match, the store manager Koizumi (left photo) will look for the perfect wine. You can also go inside and choose together. We have them choose wine according to the sashimi I bought at a nearby fish shop.

You can also taste (charged).

I've never done it.

It seems that you can taste it with high-quality wine glasses such as Zalt and Rob Mayer.

It would be fun to taste the characteristics of South African wine while listening to the store manager's poo.

Today's purchase

That's why today I purchased one of South Africa's leading varieties Pino Tague (red) and Schnanblan (white).

Right: Picoldfish (Pino Tague) 1,271 yen

Photo left: Beads needs (Shnanblan) ¥1,300

The fact that there are many cute etiquette products may also be a feature of South African wine.

The needs of beads have been repeated since it was recommended by Mr. Koizumi, the manager before. When combined with sashimi, it fits well and progresses slowly.

It's my first time to pickle fish, but it's fun tonight.
