2022 "Nikiso"
"Fuji" is a vine deciduous shrub of the legume family. It has a fragrance, and Hanabusa hangs down and shakes by the wind, and it is glossy and has a taste. Because it blooms in two seasons from spring to summer, it has the nickname of "Futakigusa", and it is described as "Fujinami" in the Manyoshu as if it flutters in the wind and shakes in the waves. In endemic species, Japan, there are Fuji (also called Noda Fuji because Noda in Osaka was a famous spot) and Yamafuji Temple. Generally, both species are collectively referred to as "Fuji". In the Hamarikyu Onshi Garden, wisteria trellis are set up on the site of the Yan Liaokan, on a small island in the middle of the bridge along the Shioiri Pond, and most are said to be Yamafuji, but purple butterfly-shaped flowers are hanging in a tuft. The short inflorescence is beginning to bloom. On the wisteria trellis at the entrance of the "Oden Bridge" on the Ochiya side of the Tsubame Ochiya / Hawk Ochiya / Matsu Ochiya side, the Noda Fuji system "Yae Kuroryuto" (upper left image), which has a different flower shape from the so-called "Fuji", is planted, and visitors are watching the unusual flower appearance. It is said to be a mutation of Kuroryuto, and it is a unique variety of double-flowered varieties with remarkable stamens. Hanabusa is dense and has fallen grape-like flowers.
