As the name suggests, October cherry blossoms bloom from around October. It is an old horticultural variety since the Edo period, and it looks like "October cherry blossoms" since the time of old calendar.

It is also called "Okaishiki Sakura" because it blooms around the ceremony on October 13, the anniversary of Nichiren Shonin's death.

Many trees can enjoy light red flowers in the garden of Kyobashi radish riverside hospitality when the leaves fall and the winter trees are growing.
