Moss

Well, it's moss.

"BONGEN COFFEE" is a coffee stand quietly standing in the alley behind the Chuo Ward Central Hall and Ginza Brosam.

Although the inside of the store is not very large, the coffered ceiling has a pure Japanese style with plastering walls, and the counter uses grilled cedar. And the existence of the bonsai placed in the front is an accent of the space.

The company's roasting shop "Whitebushi" consistently performs everything from beans selection to roasting, and here you can enjoy the specialty taste.

Taste authentic coffee

If you look at the menu table on the wall, you can see a wide variety of menus despite small stores.

Drip coffee is nice to be able to choose according to the production area according to your preference, such as Kenya, Brazil, and Colombia. In addition, it seems like a shop with the theme of "Japanese", and the latte of matcha and hojicha is also held.

I was surprised to see the lineup of "Copi Rourke", a coffee of kokoneko, which is also famous for its rare value.

This time it was a visit before noon, so I chose "flat white", which was made mild with espresso and milk. The cup is well decorated with a bonsai design.

Adding milk reduces the taste of coffee, but despite that, the aroma, bitterness and acidity stood out firmly, and the impression was very rich.

There is a bench where about 4 people can sit in the store, and you can enjoy coffee while enjoying the atmosphere inside the store.
