Chuo-ku alley back exploration series [Ningyocho, first part Mitsukoshi]

Hello, this is the new correspondent "Take-chan".

This time, we are planning to look at the back alleys of Chuo-ku while walking. The back alleys are called "back alleys", "back alleys", "yokocho", " alleys", and " alleys", but this time with a relaxed feeling, the narrow roads between shops and shops, buildings and buildings, houses and houses Let's explore all "behind alleys".

Following the second "Ginza Edition", the third is "Ningyocho / Mitsukoshi First Part". Well, let's take a walk again this time.

First of all, from the alley next to Okannonji Temple

First of all, from the alley next to Okanonji Temple to the back alley of Chuo-ku [Ningyocho / Mitsukoshi first part]

Next to Masako Hojo, played by Eiko Koike in "13 Kamakura-dono", and Okanonji, which is related to it, is an alley representing Ningyocho. In this alley, there is the main store of the famous "Yoshiume" and the "Yoshicho-tei" designated as the registered Tangible Cultural Property. Ningyocho has a remnants of flower streets here and there.

This alley seems to be called "Geisha Shinmichi". At Yoshiume Yoshicho-tei, actress Kogiku Hanayagi lived for a while, so it seems to be called "Kogiku-dori" or "Kogiku-ji".

"Adult hideaway"

"Adult hideaway"

There was such a nice alley near amazake Yokocho.

In the streets, projects entitled "Adult hideouts" are overflowing on magazines and websites.

Don't you think one of the pleasures of walking back alleys is that you can discover such a hideaway on your own feet?

I found such a fashionable shop! "LENN CAFE Nihonbashi Ningyocho Store"

I found such a fashionable shop! "LENN CAFE Nihonbashi Ningyocho Store" Chuo-ku alley back exploration series [Ningyocho / Mitsukoshi first part]

I found such a stylish shop in the alley where Ningyocho 3-chome Nishimachi Office is located.

"LENN CAFE Nihonbashi Ningyocho Store" seems to be a shop that boasts shakes, so I ordered a coffee shake (Espresso Coffee Shake). The shop is a wooden house that retains the atmosphere of Showa. Go up the steep stairs to the second floor. It seems that it was renewed in March 2022 and has an eat-in space on the second floor. The space designed simply while retaining a retro atmosphere is like a cozy hideaway. The spacious Jazz flowed, and when I opened the window, I was able to see the alley and the blue sky.

Sanko Inari Shrine

Sanko Inari Shrine Chuo-ku alley back exploration series [Ningyocho / Mitsukoshi first part]

It is written in the origin of Sanko Inari Shrine.

"It is said that kabuki actor Seki Sanju, who appeared in Nakamura-za, recommended by Fushimi....」

"Neighboring places include Yoshiwara and Kabuki huts Nakamura-za and Ichimura-za, as well as maneuvering dolls and puppet ballad drama huts (in Edo Rakugo), Sanko Shindo and Sanko Shrine" appeared in the background.

Sanko Shindo appears in the classic rakugo "Momokawa". "Hyakukawaro" is said to be one of the leading restaurants in Edo, located in Ukiyo-ji in Nihonbashi, which had been operating until the beginning of the Meiji era.

I tried to extend my legs to the vicinity of COREDO Muromachi

Speaking of the Ukiyokoji in Nihonbashi, which appears in the classic rakugo "Hyakukawa", it was near Nihonbashi Muromachi. Maybe there is a back alley near Nihonbashi Muromachi? With the faint expectation of this in mind, I extended my feet to the vicinity of COREDO Muromachi.

I found an alley with the tastes of "Pbisu Yokocho", "Daikokuten Yokocho" and "Vaisravana Yokocho". The addresses around here are Nihonbashi Muromachi 1-chome and Nihonbashi Honmachi 1-chome.

As the government, private and local communities work together to promote the Nihonbashi Revitalization Plan, this area is called the "Murohon area" and attracts unique stores while retaining long-established stores and tasteful streets. It seems that

The streets that are different from Mitsukoshi and Mitsui Main Building, which stand opposite Chuo-dori across the street, are hidden attractions of Nihonbashi.
