Avocado udon at one hundred udon restaurants!

Daitsune, a udon shop that began more than a dozen years ago by a greengrocer who has continued since the Edo period. This year, we have enjoyed the famous restaurants that have been selected as "Udon Hundred Famous Store EAST".

Located a 3-minute walk from Kabukiza Theater and a 1-minute walk from Shimbashi Enbujo, I found a line behind the alley. I was impatient at the line, but I was worried because the rotation was fast. The interior is like an old private house, and the open air has a seat with Japanese shop curtain back. In order to provide delicious udon, it seems that they do not use a budget for exterior or interior.

A carefully selected fresh material lined up at the entrance. A system of security and consent that allows you to understand the ingredients provided without entering the store.

The served style is Sanuki udon style, where you can order udon and choose an option. The option starts with small bowls that follow the counter. Have a pleasant greeting and start the choice!

There is a lot of freshly fried tempura. I've got my eyes off. By the way, both udon and tempura are open kitchen. If you choose the option, you will be charged.

You can see the ingredients used for dashi in front of the noodle shop at the back of the shop. By the way, the noodles are made from flour ordered from Kagawa and domestic salt without additives, and are served after laying the pork overnight. It's delicious.

It seems that the owner is also a judge of Akita dog. I promised to return to the stuffed Akita dog who watched the VIP seats from under my free hook, and lowered the table by myself. In addition, alcohol is also provided at night, and you can enjoy live piano jazz twice a month on Wednesday night. Not only tempura but also udon is a famous restaurant that changes depending on the day. Next, let's eat "mushroom basil udon" or "fruit tomato udon".
