Chuo-ku Back alley exploration series [Yaesu / Nihonbashi]
(for kids a little bit)

Hello, this is the new correspondent "Take-chan". I started with my usual writing, but as a correspondent, three months have already passed, and I'm thinking of quitting talking about "newcomers." I'm seriously thinking about cool writing cliches like Hanes.

This back alley exploration is the 6th [Yaesu / Nihonbashi] following the 5th [Kyobashi].

Currently, redevelopment is progressing in the Yaesu and Nihonbashi districts, but the back alleys of the old alleys still persist. It's very nice to have such a back alley in front of Tokyo Station. I love Chuo-ku!

This time, let's look at the construction site sideways and find the back alley you like and walk!

Oman Inari Shrine

One of the pleasures of walking back alleys is that you can accidentally discover such a shrine.

Oman Inari Shrine, which is also a power spot. Oman is the concubine of Ieyasu Tokugawa, the mother of Yorinobu Tokugawa (the first feudal lord of the Kii Wakayama Domain) and Yorifusa Tokugawa (the first feudal lord of the Hitachi Mito Domain). The street next to Inari is named "Yoju-in Street".

There is a unique street called "Happy Street" right next to "Yojuin Street", so let's look for it. By the way, in NHK Taiga drama series's "Aoi-Tokugawa Midai-" broadcast in 2000, Mr. Mura Onoe of the Nihon Buyo family played Oman.

If there is a red list behind the alleys, the back alleys of Yaesu will definitely be registered as "behind the endangered alleys."

On the real red list, popular zoos such as "orangutan", "Tra" and "green turtle" are registered.

Assuming that there was something behind the alley museum in the future, there may be an exhibition called behind the alley of Yaesu, which was extinct in 202X.

Hey, Doctor. Where is this?

This is Yaesu 1-chome in front of Tokyo Station. It's a prime location in the city center. Three years later, in 2025, an office tower with 51 floors above ground and about 250 meters will be completed here. It means that there will be conference facilities for international conferences, academic conferences, seminars, etc., theaters and live venues, and a bus terminal will be built underground.

Hey, it's lonely that the deep streets in front of Tokyo Station disappear, but it's the trend of the times. I'm also a junior high school student in three years.
