More convenient with the introduction of the National Film Archive Electronic Ticket!
At the National Film Archive in Kyobashi 3-chome, online electronic tickets have been introduced to purchase tickets when watching movies.
There are various special features in the National Film Archive, and interesting movies are screened, but I thought it would be troublesome to purchase tickets, but I would like to report that you were finally able to purchase seat reservation tickets online.
Ticket Pia stores were purchased through Ticket Pia at Seven-Eleven after the end of business in 2021, but there was an inconvenience in which fees were required and seats could not be reserved.
In the case of the current 1990-Year Modern and Innovation Film History (1), which is currently being held, every Tuesday from 10:00am after the screening of June 14 (Tuesday), the screening will be conducted from Tuesday to Sunday the following week.
※Sales of about 260 seats each time
※No need to issue paper tickets
※Free of charge
※Seat selection is possible.
Also, the sales deadline is 15 minutes before each screening, so you can go to see it if you want.
The actual purchase method was very easy.
1. Select the screening date and time of the movie you want to watch from the screening date and time page of the National Film Archive website.
2. Select the seat and ticket type.
3. Enter necessary information such as email address, credit card or d payment information.
4. When the application is completed, 3. You will receive a ticket with a QR code at the email address you entered in.
Also, when entering, simply present a smartphone screen displaying the QR code or a printed QR code.
The specific way to buy a smartphone is shown on the website, making it very easy to understand.

The above link will be connected to the ticket purchase page only during the planning period, but after the period has passed, please select the project from the website of the National Film Archive below and proceed.
Actual display of smartphones
Tokyo Dumbo purchased on a smartphone, opened the ticket display page from the e-mail sent, showed the page with the QR code on the left, and was able to enter smoothly.
This time, I watched "Japan's longest day 4K remaster version" from "Toho's 90 Years Modern and Innovation Film History (1)".
It was a very impressive and good movie. I'm happy to be able to watch these movies on the screen. There was applause at the end of the movie.
Although there is also a description in the notes, the name of the screened work is not shown on this display, so I would like you to correct it during future renovations.
We have introduced a very convenient system in line with the digital age, and we look forward to the future evolution.
