It seems that this Ningyocho Setono City is hosted by the Tokyo Kakihamakai Setomono City Executive Committee.
Kakihama is located in Kakigara-cho and Hamacho.

Since water transportation was convenient throughout Ningyocho in the Edo period, pottery wholesalers gathered in Kakigara-cho and Hamacho, where more than 90% of the vessels used by households throughout the Kanto region were covered.
