Exciting tour with iron objects
Mr. Yasuaki Obata, a forging artist from Tsukishima introduced in "Sake and Metalwork", learned the works found in the city and took pictures at various places.
It will be a walk of about 3 km from Chuo-ku government office to Tsukishima, but we will guide you through the course around iron objects.
If you walk in the Tsukishima area and the Tsukiji area without crossing the Tsukuda-ohashi Bridge, you can walk in a distance that is easy to walk like the "Waku Waku Tour" hosted by the tourist association.
Jiun of Chuo-ku government office
Entering the front entrance of the Chuo-ku government office (1st floor in the main government building), it is installed on the right. Please also see the history of the author.
Thank you very much for your cooperation in the general reception.
Works by Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande
The manager introduced the work. This year, there is a tiger named after the Chinese zodiac sign.
There is also an object in the middle of the stairs leading to the restaurant tomoru on the second floor of the hotel.
Let's eat rice at tomoru and go to see the next work.
Monument of St. Joseph Kindergarten
The chief priest of Catholic Tsukiji Church received materials from "Memories of St. Joseph Kindergarten".
On the front side, when you look around while feeling the "small bird" on the side of the "grape tree" and the thoughts contained in the marble pedestal, the back side was engraved with the "word of prayer every day". (The part of the help was read in the context.)
God, thank you for your new morning
Be sure to keep your friends out and bully today.
Please give me a kind heart that can help disappointing or in need.
Amen by the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.
Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine nail hide
The nail hide, decorated with the heron of the company crest, is one of the hardware produced during the renovation of the shrine hall (1984) of Sumiyoshi-jinja Shirine.
Mid Tower Grand (Tsukishima)
With permission to enter, I took a picture near the work.
If you go around the building, you will find Tsukishima Nishinaka Shopping Street. It will surely be fun to poke the iron plate at Monjaya and look back on the day.
There were many things that I couldn't notice just by visiting iron objects, and it was a town walk where I heard stories here and there and found only that accidental edges were connected.
