It will be completed soon! Tokyo Midtown Yaesu
"Tokyo Midtown Yaesu" will be completed in late August. This new spot, directly connected to the Yaesu Underground Shopping Center, includes not only Japan's first Bulgarian Hotel but also important facilities for Chuo-ku.
It is 45 floors above ground and 4 floors below ground, 240 meters high. It is the tallest building in Chuo-ku.

The parking lot exit is on the Yaesu Book Center side.
If you go to the back at the parking lot exit, you will find something that looks like an object. One more pleasure has been added after completion.

It's Joto Elementary School! At the end of summer vacation, this is also a place for learning.
There is also one of the largest bus terminals in Japan in the basement. I'm looking forward to it.
