International Paper and Pulp Trading Co., Ltd.

The world's third largest in the field of pulp and paper! Did you know that Kokusai Pulp Trading Co., Ltd. is located in Chuo-ku?

You may not be familiar with it, but in fact it was established in 1924 (Daisho 13), a large company with consolidated sales of 563,414 million yen, 5530 employees, and a capital of 4,723,530,000 yen.

Paper is environmentally friendly and can be used many times by recycling. Paper is much stronger than we usually think, and it is highly likely that it will be close to our daily lives and will be active in various fields in the future as a plastic alternative. To put it simply, it is a company that makes a great contribution to creating a clean environment and recycling. In addition to being used for eco-press binders, book bindings, clothing, socks, hangers, etc., artificial turf is currently under development. We also support the waste paper collection business.

The photo shows the real thing used in Tanabata festival in Sendai.

It was displayed at the entrance so that anyone could see the Tanabata decoration. The Tanabata decoration was on display until September 3, but we apologize for not being able to introduce it to you by the deadline due to a problem with my personal computer.

On these bamboo leaves, strips with the wishes of the visitors could be freely displayed. Some of them were hanging strips. After the deadline, it seems that a ceremony of burning (not actually burning) will be performed at Namiki Shrine in Tsukiji. I hope that many people will come next year and that many strips will be hung.
