My name is Civil Engineering (Doboku Manab). Lives in Chuo-ku, currently 73 years old. In the past, I taught students the pleasure of civil engineering at a university, but retired at the age of 65. I'm teaching local children about the history of the town these days. Before the pandemic, I was a volunteer and also a "town walk guide".

Recently, I noticed walking along Tsukiji Ohashi. It's becoming a very different landscape than when I walked in May. Whether the construction of the tunnel itself has been completed or the construction machinery is running out.

Roadways for Tsukiji and Kachidoki will be located on both sides of the tunnel. At present, the roadway for Tsukiji is tentatively available for two-way traffic, but it seems that the pavement of the roadway for Kachidoki has begun.

The construction will be completed in a few months, and a tunnel with a total length of 1840m will be opened. I can't wait.
