Pine in Kakigara-cho

Parks across the borders

In the past, rivers and waterways were called "culverts", and there are many culverts in Chuo-ku. My office is located in Nihonbashikakigaracho, and the Hamacho River Green Road is a walking course for lunch break. In the past, the Hamacho River turned at right angles at the border between Chuo-ku and Chiyoda-ku, and changed its name to the Ryukan River, leading to the Nihonbashi River. At the right angle is now a park. On the Chiyoda-ku side of the park, there is a sign for "Ryukan Children's Park in Chiyoda-ku", and on the Chuo-ku side, there is a sign for "Ryukan Children's Amusement Park in Chuo-ku". The park itself is one, but it may be such a management system because the ward border passes through the park. Do you separate everyday cleaning and tree care at the border? If the day of care is different, will there be a mixture of areas that are not cleaned in the park? Mystery is not exhausted.
