A cup of coffee that conveys the thoughts of producers
The other day, when I was walking along Sakura-dori St. in Nihonbashi, I found an interesting store. The store name is "GOOD COFFEE FARMS Cafe & Bar". When I went inside and listened to the story, it was the first physical store that GOOD COFFEE FARMS worked on. I was impressed by the company's commitment to change the world with "sustainable coffee made by bicycles" that put the first priority on reducing the burden on the global environment.
It was also very interesting to use Japanese-style methods (such as greenhouses for drying refined raw beans, pure white uniforms, and morning meetings that are always held every morning) as key to maintaining and improving production quality. Taking advantage of the goodness of Japanese-style manufacturing, it connects producers and consumers through a cup of coffee.
A cup of coffee carefully brewed from coffee beans made together with the producer. The moment I put the coffee in my mouth, I felt like I could convey the thoughts of Guatemala producers. It was a full of healing coffee that felt the creator's sweat, tears, and passion for making coffee.
