"Tsukiji Honganji Cafe Tsumugi" will be reborn as a book cafe. I took this picture on a sunny autumn day on October 29. It's only 3 days before the reopening.
In the dim cafe under construction, many craftsmen work with electric drivers saying "Wi-in, Wi-in" and "I guess this is the case here."..."I had a meeting with you. It seems that the number of seats will increase slightly larger than the conventional cafe.
The super popular menu "18 Breakfast" and "Butta Bowl" will continue as they are, so be relieved.
"Wa Cafe Tsumugi" currently has 11 stores nationwide. Only Tsukiji Honganji can eat "18 breakfasts". "18 breakfast" with porridge, miso soup, and 16 specialty side dishes is 1,800 yen without tax. It is a gem that sticks to the number "18" that Jodo Shinshu values. Some of the 16 side dishes allow you to enjoy the taste of a famous Tsukiji store.
By the way, on September 1st, "Tsukiji Honganji Cafe Tsumugi Hanare Tsukishima Store" opened, where "18 Buda Bowls" are newly introduced.
