Visit Report: Kanze Noh Theater "Ginza Style Noh Experience"
I went there. At the Kanze Noh Theater. I've been to the National Noh Theater several times.
This is the first visit because there is a high threshold or no opportunity. The title is "Noh Experience Ginza Style".
As part of "TOKYO ART & LIVE CITY 2022", Noh performer Munenori Takeda was preparing a plan that would allow beginners and those who come from areas other than Tokyo to enjoy Japanese traditional performing arts, which are considered to be a little high hurdle, such as Noh. There was a little experience of Noh at the audience, and a mechanism to make it easier to understand Noh and kyogen performances.
First, we arrived at GINZA SIX. You will enter from Mihara-dori. Take the escalator to the third basement floor. Show your ticket and enter the audience.
It finally started. This is the appearance of Munenori Takeda and Keigi. Mr. Takashiro's orange kimono caught my eye.
Munenori Takeda will play the rust part of "Funabenkei" with Montsuki hakama. Takashiro, who was seen at a close distance, also tasted the feeling of Yoshitsune (laughs) and overwhelmed by the great power! I was told. I was impressed by the expression that I couldn't usually see on the face.
This is a story about "Kanze Family and Ginza" from Yaemon Yamashina. I heard that Ieyasu Tokugawa became familiar with Noh since he was entrusted to Mr. Imagawa as a hostage, and that he was trained by Juro Kanze. For this reason, Noh was regarded as important, and Noh performers also had mansions near Edo Castle, such as Ginza.
Next, Saburota Kanze about the future of Noh. My father, who is a teacher, wants to play a lot of roles while he is fine. I was able to hear stories of severe training, such as learning a lot during meals.
It's finally an experience of music. What will the audience do? It is compatible with air instruments. I was able to experience a flute, a small drum, a large drum and a drum. The large drum is very hard and is said to be the most painful instrument in the world. The voice of the musician was a valuable opportunity because I couldn't usually hear it.
I will speak after the song, Munenori Takeda. There are several places that are unique to Noh, which is difficult.
This is the appearance of Kyogen teacher Taichiro Nomura. You will experience crying and laughing at Noh and kyogen. Noh has almost no change in expression. Next time I went to see it, I would like to understand at least one of them.
This is a mini contemporary play performed by Noh and kyogen. Now, Munenori Takeda and Taichiro Nomura will play using the gestures I have experienced. I've just learned it now, so I understand it well.
Finally, the Noh "Takasago celebration ceremony" is appreciated. Munenori Takeda is also appearing in the local song. I enjoyed the Sumiyoshi Myojin of Saburota Kanze. The surface is white and beautiful, so I thought it was recent, but it was a long-established mask and costume.
It was over the scheduled end time with a lot of content. There were many elementary school students, but everyone was enjoying themselves. Also, I would like you to prepare such a project by all means.
