IRODORI Chocolate representing the four seasons of Japan ★Little mother house

When I came out of the back entrance of a building with a university alumni office
There was a stylish shop that was never before.
(The place is on the first floor of the paper pulp hall in Ginza 3-chome.)

When you approach it, it looks like a chocolate shop.
When I entered the shop, there were beautiful colorful and gradation chocolates lined up.
There is almost no chocolate color!
Because it is made on a white chocolate basis, it is made on a white chocolate basis.
It has a pale color and the taste seems to be mellow.

It seems to represent the four seasons of Japan, and I was very worried about which one to use.
Do you choose by taste or color (laughs)

What is interesting is that the design is different on the front and back. The table is blocked and easy to divide.
The back is flat and beautiful gradation.

When I asked the staff, it seems that all the coloring uses natural things.
Blue food is said to reduce appetite, but it's said
The blue chocolate I bought in France in the past was delicious, so there was not much resistance.
It seems that this blue uses a natural thing called Spirulina.

This is what I chose (cranberry & cinnamon)
The taste is mild and fruity, but it has a rich taste of chocolate.
It was a chocolate that goes well with both tea and coffee.

If you break it and serve it on a plate, it will be good for hospitality at the time of visitors.
I wanted to try various other flavors.
Chocolate for seasonal greetings ♪ What do you say?
It seems to be a great pleasure for foreigners.

Chocolate of food brand LITTLE MOTHERHOUSE (Little Mother House)
Not only cacao but also coffee beans and tea in cafes use products from developing countries.
There were cafes and workshops, and I found delicious baked goods.
Next time, I would like to relax at the cafe and take a look at the workshop.
