 The park dates back to 1975, Harumi Wharf Park was known as the venue for the summer tradition "Tokyo Bay Fireworks Festival", and was selected as one of the Eight Night Views in Chuo-ku. During the Tokyo 2020 Games, it was temporarily closed for use as part of the athlete's village, but after improvement work after the tournament, the opening of `` Harumi Ryokudo Park '', which was under construction along the Harumi Canal, In conjunction with this, it was newly reopened on October 7 last year.               The observation plaza at the entrance is the tallest place in the park, overlooking the Rainbow Bridge in front and overlooking Tokyo Bay, Shukei Pond.·A fountain wall spring was set up, lit up at night, and the "famous place of night view" was revived.   The nameplate of TOKYO2020 is marked as "Site of The Tokyo 2020" and nearby is also installed.                    In the park, there is a multi-purpose open space in the large lawn area in the middle, a playground, a flower tree terrace, a seaside terrace, an Olympic planting flower bed, a glass garden, and a 400m lap jogging walking path will be set up, and on October 29, a public-private partnership facility with a private HA T RU, a private-private partnership facility, and a BBQ space for Tokyo residents.
