New Year's Power at Hakone Ekiden

The New Year's tradition, Hakone Ekiden, ended this year with the victory of Komazawa University. On the return trip, you will pass through Nihonbashi, the starting point of Gokaido.

When I go to cheer on January 3, I will be overwhelmed by the players who continue to run and run at a great speed just a few minutes before the goal. It's just like a wind. I will support you involuntarily.

The JR Sobu Line Rapid Train, which I always use, was also a station group support train. Until the 3rd, a poster of the Ekiden was affixed to one-third of the train.

While cheering in Nihonbashi, I saw the shutters of the picture of Hiroshige's "Fifty-three Tokaido" painting overlap with the players.

Next year is the 100th anniversary of Hakone Ekiden, and we received the power to continue running for one year.
