Taking advantage of Oume's knowledge of dried products for more than 150 years, we select multiple types of 24 types of domestic natural raw materials. The 24 types of raw materials seem to have rare materials unique to Tsukiji, such as bonito bonito flakes, grilled chins, Rausu kelp, donko, etc., as well as throat simmered, kasu simmered, and shime. 。 There is a processing plant in the store, and after the selection of raw materials, "mixing → crushing → filling → packaging" is performed in front of you, and you can see all the manufacturing processes until the product is completed.
