About Yukinori Shirataka
The leading figure in Japanese nails (wakugi) blacksmithing. Graduated from Central University.
The issue is the second generation of "Okimitsu".
Born in Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture in 1935.
He joined Kiya in 1961.
In 1971, he met Tsunegazu Nishioka's master, miyadaiku, dedicated to Horyuji Temple for a long time.
Kiya left the company in 1971. I return to my hometown of Matsuyama.
However, Kiya's forging offer will continue.
After that, Japanese nails and spears for reconstruction and restoration work such as Yakushiji Nishitobu, Horyuji Temple, Todaiji Temple, Izumo Taisha Shrine, Toshodaiji Temple, Murouji Temple, Meiji-jingu Shrine, Itsukushima-jinja Shrine, Kintai-kyo Bridge, Matsuyama Castle, etc. Forging.
