It's connected under Kachidokibashi! Construction of the right bank terrace on the Sumida River (upstream and downstream of Kachidokibashi)

When I walked along the Sumida River terrace to go to Tentake of Tsukiji to eat blowfish dishes, I came across a signboard under construction.

The Sumida River Terrace near Kachidokibashi is extended by 76 meters and is connected to the former Tsukiji Market River.
Construction is underway at the end of last year to February 2024, along with the enhancement of earthquake resistance in dike.

In the future, it seems that the plan is to develop a pedestrian network between Tsukiji and Takeshiba seawalls, so I'm really looking forward to it.

Keep an eye on the redevelopment of the former site of Tsukiji Market.
