"Yanagibashi Chojuan" is located on the west side of Ryogoku Bridge in front of the monument to Ryogoku Hirokoji Temple, the historic site across Yasukuni Dori. It was reopened in November of last year. As a matter of fact, I became a correspondent in April last year, and I've always been worried about it. Looking at past gourmet sites on the Internet, a variety of menus, including the main soba, Western dishes such as omelet, and Chinese soba, had a reputation. I was worried about how it changed and came in May of the same year, but this is my second visit because I missed it. On this day, a policeman came and watched as before. It is a Chojuan group that boasts one of the largest number of stores in the Kanto region. Among the four factions, Yanagibashi Chojuan leads one of them, Jiseikai. It prospered with the location and neighboring flower towns such as Yanagibashi and Hamacho, but that was also the old story. Did the diversification of menus, including Western food, respond to changes in the customer base?

It was about 5 minutes behind the opening of the store at 11:00 am, but while there was already one customer, a soba, and while accounting, customers came and loved by the locals I realized that I was
